- celery + bell pepper + onion + carrots + garlic + parsley + green onions + beer + jalapeño + kosher salt + pepper + cayenne pepper + bay leaves + thyme
- Roux / gluten flour + grapeseed oil and or vegetable oil
Simply add your favorite cooked meat, meat subsititue, seafood or sautéed vegetables. You like it spicy, add cayenne pepper. Let simmer 10 - 30 minutes to allow everything to harmonize together. Serve over cooked rice.
We all gathered and celebrated life. It was wonderful, beautiful and the air we breathed was filled with LOVE.
