Cookie Dough - traditional + gluten free + vegan
Somedays only a warm cookie straight out the oven will do. We've made the cookie batter, provided parchment paper and what's left for you to do, is heat the oven to 350'F, scoop, or cut dough, place in a pan covered in parchment paper and bake. We cannot tell you how long to bake for as that depends on the size of cookies and if you prefer soft or crunchy cookies. Small cookies we bake for 5 minutes. Large cookies we bake for 10-20 minutes. Keep in mind we bake in a commercial confection oven. Our suggestion is to bake off 2-4 cookies to test out before baking a full plan.
