Often times room service is the S:@T, in a good way. You’re spent, and leaving your room just for an hour to get food, you’d surely die. Puerto Rico - cheesecake reminded me of a flavor from my youth. Oreo Cookie Cheesecake was gone so I ordered vanilla which had Oreo dusting on the right hand corner and a few berries. The cheesecake was a cute little log. It was both extremely simple and rectangular.  This fabulous GLUTEN FREE FUDGY BROWNIE is my homage to the cheesecake, just in shape only, and the Puerto Rico experience - 3thirdLEG
