SHIPPING POLICY

We are as passionate about customer satisfaction as we are about making chocolate and pastries. We hold ourselves to the highest standards…so you can, too. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition, no matter the weather , containing the  quality chocolate and pastries customers expect from Noir d'Ebene. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us to return your order for a prompt replacement, refund, or exchange.

NOTE: due to the perishability of our chocolate and pastries, we do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays.

Noir d'Ebene is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

This web site currently ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Noir d'Ebene does not ship to Canada at this time. 

Your order will ship 5-7 days after being received.  All orders are handcrafted with the freshest ingredients.
